Taos County Short-Term Rental Ordinance

On August 20, 2024, the Taos County Board of Commissioners approved Ordinance 2024-4, the Taos County Short-Term Rental Ordinance. This Ordinance immediately repealed the Home Occupation standards for the Short-Term Rental that were previously used to regulate Short-Term Rental Units in Taos County and establishes new regulations for Short-Term Rental Units in the Unincorporated areas of Taos County.
