2020 Notice of Valuations
The Taos County Assessor’s Office will be mailing out the 2020 Notice of Valuations on April 30, 2020. If you do not receive your Notice of Valuation please call or visit our office to confirm your mailing address.
Please note: Your Notice of Valuation is not a tax bill, it is simply a notice to inform you of the valuation of your property. Should you have questions pertaining to property taxes please contact the Taos County Treasurer’s Office at 575-737-6340.
65 & Older and Disabled Tax Freeze
The Taos County Assessor’s Office will be accepting applications for the 65 & Older and Disabled Tax Freeze until May 29, 2020.
