What if I am on disability or disabled?

Any homeowner who qualifies for 100% permanent disability shall pay a discounted annual fee in the amount of $30 including applicable taxes, which shall be assessed on or about January 1st of each year. The disabled property owner will receive a 24 punch Disability Punch Card, which will allow the property owner to utilize any of the Taos County transfer stations and or landfill. 

A disability form (PDF), may be picked up at the Solid Waste Administration Office, will need to be signed and dated by your doctor, and returned to us to qualify for this discount.
